- I will hold your item for 2 weeks waiting for payment. If no payment is received in that time, the item will go back into inventory (without notification) and you will be put on the Knucklehead list

- Commercial customers may call in backorders and will get first chance at products when they arrive.

Special Orders:
- Special orders are accepted, please place by phone
- Credit card payments are mandatory for special orders, 3% will be added
- A small deposit will be charged to order the product, and the remainder will be billed when the product arrives here
Shipping:
- If an email address is provided, you will be emailed tracking when your items ship. Please look in your spam folder before calling and asking for tracking
- We usually ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment
- Actions, barreled actions, and rifles must be shipped to an FFL or back to where they originally came from
- Complete rifles will be shipped in a hard case if one is not provided by the customer
- Alaska and Hawaii are often shipped USPS, other areas are shipped UPS
